Pan-fried porkchop goodness.

Once in a while I’ll get a random urge to cook myself an actual meal. One that doesn’t involve slathering peanut butter and jelly on bread or a meal that consist of shake-n-bake. Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind cooking at all, in fact I’m hoping that sometime this summer, once things settle, I’ll be able to give a go at cooking ‘coq au vin’. I just don’t see the point in having to cook a full meal for when its just for myself.

So here it is, my pan-fried porkchops with caramelized onions and sauteed apples. Porkchops and apples always seem to go together hand-in-hand, like milk and cookies.

I had to use my camera phone for this one, since my actual camera was a bit far from the kitchen table and I didn’t want to have to fiddle with the camera while my food was getting cold.
